JOB TITLE: Change & Transformation Manager

LOCATION: Exeter

SALARY: £36,000 - £45,000

WAY OF WORKING: Full Time | Hybrid | Permanent

C4S Search are pleased to be working with a fast-growing technology-led organisation operates across multiple markets.

THE CHANGE AND TRANSFORMATION MANAGER OPPORTUNITY:

• Design, implement and embed new business processes aligned to long-term company strategy
• Assess and improve existing processes to drive operational efficiency and scalability
• Lead structured change initiatives using recognised change management frameworks
• Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure change is adopted, embedded and measured
• Govern processes to ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal controls

YOUR KEY SKILLS:

Essential –

• Proven experience leading organisational change in complex, cross-functional environments
• Strong project lifecycle management skills, including stakeholder engagement and governance
• Ability to influence at senior leadership level and manage resistance to change
• Analytical mindset with experience defining and tracking success metrics
• High emotional intelligence with a people-first approach to change

Desirable –

• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or similar)
• Change management training (e.g. ADKAR, APMG)
• Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Zendesk, Confluence or ClickUp
• Exposure to ISO-regulated environments
