JOB TITLE: Customer Service Advisor

LOCATION: Brinkworth

SALARY: £13 per hour

WAY OF WORKING: Full Time or Part Time | Office-based | 2 – 3 Month Contract

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR OPPORTUNITY:

• Handling inbound customer calls and email enquiries professionally and efficiently
• Assisting customers with permit applications, digital services and system navigation
• Processing customer payments accurately and securely
• Resolving queries relating to parking permits and cashless parking services
• Delivering a high standard of customer service while ensuring positive customer outcomes

YOUR KEY SKILLS:

• Strong communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner
• Customer-focused approach with a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced office setting
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential
• Competent IT skills and willingness to learn new systems
