JOB TITLE: Data Engineer

LOCATION: Cirencester

SALARY: £28,000 - £30,000

WAY OF WORKING: Full Time | Hybrid | Permanent

THE BUSINESS:

C4S Search are pleased to be working with a well-established and fast-growing SaaS company.

THE DATA ENGINEER OPPORTUNITY:

• Take ownership of data quality, structure, and consistency across multiple products and sources
• Build processes and tooling to monitor, measure, and report on data integrity
• Develop and improve data pipelines and flows into SQL Server to support reporting, dashboards, and future AI services
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify data needs, gaps, and opportunities for new insights
• Support the development of infrastructure that enables advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives

YOUR KEY SKILLS:

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong SQL skills and experience with SQL Server or similar relational databases
• Understanding of GDPR responsibilities when handling customer data
• Genuine enthusiasm for data quality, structure, and analytical problem-solving
• Strong communicator able to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
