IT Support Analyst

JOB TITLE: IT Support Analyst

LOCATION: Devizes

SALARY: £27,000 - £36,000 dependant on experience

WAY OF WORKING: Full Time | Permanent

THE IT SUPPORT ANALYST OPPORTUNITY:

• Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone and email as appropriate
• Resolve helpdesk issues and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Perform user administration duties
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and mobile devices
• Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
• Repairing equipment and replacing parts
• IT project work
• Development of processes and activities

REQUIREMENTS

• In-depth knowledge of hardware and software
• Up to date knowledge of the latest IT and software trends
• Strong customer service, communication and organisational skills
• Enthusiasm for continual learning

SKILLS

• Experience of working in an end-user desktop support role or IT operations environment
• Windows 11 and Windows Server 2022
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and Azure services
• Remote Desktop Support
• Active Directory and Exchange Online
• Knowledge of VoIP telephony services
