Working across cloud, infrastructure, security, and managed services, they continue to experience sustained growth due to new client partnerships and increased service demand. This role has been created to strengthen their onsite technical capability and support ongoing service excellence for a key customer.

THE SUPPORT ENGINEER OPPORTUNITY

As the onsite 2nd Line Support Engineer, you will:

• Deliver hands-on 2nd line support across hardware, software, and networking.
• Take full ownership of technical tickets from identification through to resolution.
• Guide users through step-by-step resolutions while maintaining strong service levels.
• Assist with system installations, upgrades, and general IT maintenance.
• Provide one-to-one user training and contribute to improvements in onsite support.

YOUR KEY SKILLS

You will bring:

• Proven 2nd line support experience in a technical, customer-facing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server, Exchange, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience supporting PCs, servers, and mobile devices.
• Understanding of networking principles.
• A full UK driving licence to support travel between sites.
• Exposure to a managed service environment (beneficial but not essential).
