JOB TITLE: .NET Software Developer

LOCATION: Norfolk / Hybrid (3 days in office)

SALARY: up to £40,000 per annum

WAY OF WORKING: Full Time | Permanent | Hybrid

With exciting growth plans underway, our client is now expanding their development team and hiring multiple .NET Software Developers who are ready to take ownership, grow their skills, and contribute to meaningful projects.

THE .NET SOFTWARE DEVELOPER OPPORTUNITY:

As a .NET Developer, you’ll work across the full development lifecycle. You’ll work with modern technologies including .NET Core, Angular, and Azure in a collaborative, agile environment.

You’ll be a key part of a team where your voice is heard, your ideas are valued, and your code helps make a real-world difference.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain our core web applications using .NET Core, C#, and Angular
  • Collaborate with the wider team on architecture, features, and user experience
  • Contribute to clean, maintainable, and testable codebases
  • Engage in code reviews, sprint planning, and DevOps practices
  • Use Azure services for scalable and cloud-based application development
  • Work with SQL databases and optimise data performance
  • Help shape the product by contributing ideas and identifying improvements

YOUR KEY SKILLS:

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2–5 years of commercial experience in software development
  • Strong skills in C# and .NET Core
  • Experience with Angular (or other modern JavaScript frameworks)
  • Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, ideally Azure
  • A collaborative mindset with good communication skills
  • Passion for writing quality code and continuously improving

Desirable:

  • Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience in asset management, housing, or similar domains
  • Interest in contributing to product and UX decisions
