The role

We are currently looking to hire a Senior Project Manager to work with one of our key clients to undertaking a major CRM harmonisation initiative involving two large‐scale platform migrations. The programme includes transitioning one CRM system from Adobe to SAP and another from Oracle to Salesforce. This work sits within a complex, multi‐vendor environment and requires strong coordination between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams.

The Senior Project Manager will play a key role in driving delivery, managing cross‐functional teams, and ensuring the successful execution of CRM and data migration workstreams. The role has elements of both Project Management and Business Analysis, though it is primarily PM‐focused.

Core skills, knowledge and experience required

  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering large‐scale technology or CRM migration programmes.
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms, ideally with exposure to Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated ability to bridge business and IT, translating requirements and ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Experience working in agile environments, including sprint planning, ceremonies, and iterative delivery.
  • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate at all levels.
  • Strong organisational and planning capabilities, with a track record of delivering complex
  • projects on time.

Highly Desirable

  • Background working in multi‐vendor or enterprise‐scale environments.
  • Ability to operate in hybrid PM/BA roles when required.
  • Experience in CRM consolidation or harmonisation programmes.
