Account Director (Enterprise IT Solutions)

Are you a high-performing Account Director with a passion for driving enterprise growth in IT solutions and managed services?

A leading global IT solutions provider is looking for a dynamic sales professional to help expand its enterprise footprint. You'll be selling across cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and managed services, backed by a strong delivery engine and top-tier partnerships (including Cisco and Microsoft).

What you'll be doing:

  • Own the full sales cycle, with a focus on multi-year managed services deals
  • Open new enterprise accounts and re-engage lapsed clients
  • Lead strategic sales conversations with C-level stakeholders
  • Work closely with technical and delivery teams to design tailored IT solutions
  • Represent the brand at industry events and partner meetings

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years in IT sales, ideally in managed services or VARs
  • Proven track record in new business generation and complex deal closure (£200k+ GM)
  • Strong executive engagement skills and ability to navigate enterprise environments (500+ users)
  • Excellent storytelling and commercial acumen
