Account Director (Enterprise IT Solutions)
Are you a high-performing Account Director with a passion for driving enterprise growth in IT solutions and managed services?
A leading global IT solutions provider is looking for a dynamic sales professional to help expand its enterprise footprint. You'll be selling across cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and managed services, backed by a strong delivery engine and top-tier partnerships (including Cisco and Microsoft).
What you'll be doing:
- Own the full sales cycle, with a focus on multi-year managed services deals
- Open new enterprise accounts and re-engage lapsed clients
- Lead strategic sales conversations with C-level stakeholders
- Work closely with technical and delivery teams to design tailored IT solutions
- Represent the brand at industry events and partner meetings
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years in IT sales, ideally in managed services or VARs
- Proven track record in new business generation and complex deal closure (£200k+ GM)
- Strong executive engagement skills and ability to navigate enterprise environments (500+ users)
- Excellent storytelling and commercial acumen
