Founding SDR - Fintech

I’m currently working with a Series A FinTech scale-up that is looking to hire their first Sales Development Representative in London.

This is a founding SDR role, meaning you’ll work closely with the founders and senior commercial leadership to help build and shape the outbound motion from the ground up :

  • Join a well-funded Series A FinTech with strong early traction
  • Founding SDR role with significant ownership and visibility
  • Work directly with founders and senior sales leadership
  • Help build and scale the outbound engine
  • Clear progression path into an Account Executive role
  • Selling into asset managers, investment firms and financial institutions

What they’re looking for :

  • 1–3 years experience as an SDR / BDR in SaaS or FinTech
  • Experience prospecting and selling into asset managers or investment firm
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills (LinkedIn, cold calling, email)
  • Someone comfortable operating in a fast-moving scale-up environment
  • Highly motivated, curious and eager to progress into a closing role
