TECHNICAL TRAINING MANAGER
Do you have experience of delivering customer and employee technical training across a vast product range? Have a strong technical background, working in either an electronic, electrical or electro-mechanical environment?

Based primarily at our offices in Castle Donington and working in partnership with our team of Training Managers, the team ensure the effective delivery and ongoing development of the full company training syllabus for both our extensive customer base and our employees across the CAME UK and Ireland Group.
Ideal candidates will be based in or around the Nottingham, Derby or Leicestershire areas within an easy commuting distance to our HQ in Castle Donington where the role is based. You will support training our customers and staff nationwide and therefore the ability for regular travel to our offices in Livingston, Dublin, Hemel Hempstead and High Wycombe, incorporating overnight stays where required is essential. International travel may also be required on an infrequent basis.
As a Training Manager who likes to learn as well as teach, success in this role requires a strong fit with a growth-focused culture!
The key objective is to provide the very best customer and employee training, through our extensive range of face2face training courses, online training modules and dedicated training facilities, continuously looking at where we can do things even better!
The roles focus will be 70% on the Automation side of the business and 30% on the Intercom side of the business, split across 3 areas:
• 40% - customer training
• 30% - ongoing employee training
• 30% - developing training materials and courses

- A strong technical background, working in either an electronic, electrical or electro-mechanical environment?
- A visible Training Manager who can engage with our employees and customers alike?
- Excellent IT skills & general technical knowledge with the ability to design professional training material and present accordingly?
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail?

Your Next Role...
- Writing, developing and delivering detailed product training programs, in house and remotely for customers across our branch network.
- Joint responsibility for the creation and evolution of CAME’s employee eLearning courses (E-Cademy).
- Supporting the sales team with customer visits, roadshows and events
- Liaising with the Technical and Training departments at our Group Headquarters in Italy to share best practice and training materials.
- Continually looking to improve what we do and how we do it!

Our office, in Castle Donington, is ideally located between Derby and Nottingham, just off the A50 and minutes from junction 24a of the M1.
In addition to a competitive salary and bonus package of up to £60,000 OTE, you will receive a fully expensed company vehicle, company laptop & mobile phone, corporate company attire, pension, and 25 days annual leave with bank holidays on top.
