Role
You’ll gain practical experience working with PC-based software, touchscreen devices, and electrical helpdesk support, helping to keep essential HVAC systems running smoothly. If you’re a problem-solver who enjoys working with technology and wants to build a rewarding career, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
- Learn to inspect and troubleshoot cables, connectors, and low-voltage systems.
- Assist in technical support, helping to diagnose and resolve warranty issues.
- Support in operating and configuring electronic controllers and control systems.
- Use computer-based software and touchscreen interfaces (iPad, iPhone, PC, etc.).
- Support the electrical helpdesk, handling inquiries and technical issues.
- Work alongside experienced technicians and engineers to develop your skills in control operations.
- Follow safety guidelines and company policies while working with electrical components.
- Maintain records of technical issues, solutions, and system updates as part of training.
Training
- You will be required to attend a local college at least 1 day per week. The remaining 4 days per week will consist of on the job training.
