The Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join CASA and work alongside our existing development team. This is a remote role and an opportunity to contribute across the full product stack, helping us build and improve the CASA platform.
You will be involved in developing, testing, and maintaining front-end and back-end components of the platform. This role is best suited to someone who is hands-on, adaptable, and excited by the opportunity to grow within a fast-moving startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Work with the existing development team to build and maintain features across the CASA platform
- Develop front-end functionality using React.js
- Build back-end services, APIs, and application logic using Node.js
- Work with MongoDB to manage, structure, and optimise application data
- Help ensure smooth integration between front-end and back-end systems
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Contribute to improving platform performance, reliability, and user experience
- Collaborate effectively in a remote team environment
Requirements
- Experience working across the full stack
- Good working knowledge of React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB
- Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development principles
- Ability to build and integrate client-side and server-side features
- Familiarity with Git and standard development workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working remotely as part of an existing team
- Strong English communication skills

- Previous experience working in a startup environment
- An interest in consumer products, marketplaces, or live entertainment
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
