About CATCHES
CATCHES pioneers’ physics-backed AI for personalised garment fit across luxury e-commerce, transforming how premium brands deliver digital fashion experiences. Announced at NVIDIA GTC 2026, CATCHES is NVIDIA's official Independent Software Vendor for the fashion industry.
Role
First dedicated commercial hire at a company building next-generation technology for the world's leading fashion brands. You will work directly alongside the founder to own relationships with some of Europe's most prestigious fashion brands, from onboarding through to long-term partnership.
You will be a key point of contact for every brand we work with, ensuring they are well looked after, well informed, and genuinely excited about what we are building. Alongside that, you will own the operational side of our commercial function, keeping our CRM accurate and our pipeline in order as we grow.
This is not a role for someone who wants to sit in a defined lane. It is a role for someone who is passionate about fashion, comfortable in fast-moving environments, and energised by the idea of helping build something from the ground up.
Day to day
- Manage and nurture relationships with our growing portfolio of fashion brand clients, acting as their primary point of contact post-sale.
- Partner with the founder and business development on pitches and client meetings, helping communicate our technology clearly and compellingly to a fashion audience.
- Partner with business development to foster and maintain relationships with brands, ensuring alignment between customers and the wider business.
- Own and maintain our HubSpot CRM, ensuring contacts, deal stages, and pipeline activity are always accurate and up to date.
- Administer our B2B Slack workspace, keeping client communications organised and responsive.
- Gather client feedback and translate it into clear, actionable briefs for our product, design, and engineering teams.
- Work with Product and tech leadership to coordinate and prioritise brand requests, ensuring client needs are reflected in our roadmap.
- Set and manage client expectations throughout onboarding and beyond, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Build and maintain reporting on the sales funnel and market opportunity, producing clear visualisations that track our progress relative to the broader addressable market across key segments.
You
- Passion for fashion: A deep understanding of the industry and its culture.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally within fashion, fashion tech, luxury, or B2B SaaS.
- Customer facing: Confident in client-facing situations, with the ability to hold your own in a room with senior brand stakeholders.
- Organisation: Highly organised and detail-oriented, with experience managing a CRM and keeping commercial processes running smoothly.
- Communication: A strong communicator who can bridge the gap between clients and technical teams.
- Builder: Comfortable with ambiguity and motivated by the opportunity to help build a commercial function from scratch.
- Systems: HubSpot (or similar CRM), experience experimenting with AI tools to improve workflows.
