Global Digital & Technology Manager

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Digital and Technology Manager to work on one of our contracts remotely.

Role Purpose

Serve as the single point of contact and advocate for technology delivery on a major global real estate account. Align client needs with CBRE's digital & technology platform, governing and innovating across all technology domains to drive compliance, data management, strategic transformation, and secure, effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Technology Management
  • Oversee all CBRE technology products and user access for the account.
  • Ensure operational readiness, user training, and issue escalation/resolution.
  • Perform hands-on technical troubleshooting or system administration as required.

Technology Compliance & Governance
  • Ensure all solutions meet client and CBRE information security, cyber security, and compliance standards.
  • Oversee technology audits, SOC/ISO certifications, and compliance with client IT policies.
  • Liaise with CBRE BISO and client teams for compliance evidence and onboarding.


Data Management & Business Analytics
  • Govern data management, analytics, and data governance processes.
  • Enable business intelligence and analytics strategies; facilitate Info Secnboarding for new products and integrations.
  • Connect account teams with CBRE's data governance programs.

Technology Change Management
  • Manage product enhancements, transitions, and technology onboarding.
  • Evaluate impacts of changes, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure proper training.
  • Support deployment and integration of new products and systems


Technology Strategy & Innovation
  • Develop and maintain the account technology roadmap.
  • Identify and evaluate emerging technology innovations for account applicability.
  • Align account strategy with CBRE's broader technology initiatives.


Stakeholder Engagement
  • Liaise with client IT, account leadership, D&T platform, and product teams.
  • Foster collaboration, support decision-making, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Communicate technology changes and ensure proper training/adoption for all users.
