Part Time Helpdesk Administrator

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management.

We are recruiting a Part-Time Helpdesk administrator to join the team located in Bootle!

Reporting to the Helpdesk Manager, the successful candidate is accountable to provide exceptional customer service and business support in order to contribute to the continued growth and success of the account.

The Role:

  • Plan and arrange call outs, maintenance visits, delivery of materials, Extra Works within contracted SLAs.
  • Manage our CAFM system as key user on site including PPM records, reactives and reporting.
  • Actively identify/implement innovation across the contract to enhance performance and continue to meet client expectations.
  • Collate and process timesheets and expenses weekly.
  • Maintain people records such as new starters, leavers and any changes in staff.
  • Communicate effectively and build/maintain relationships at all levels with internal and external customers

  • 7am - 3.30pm & 10am - 6pm
  • Monday & Tuesday
  • Every second Wednesday
