Job Title: Service Designer

Rate: £62.50 per hour inside ir35
Location: Bristol/Hybrid (1 day per week onsite)
Contract: 6-month rolling contract

Active SC clearance required

We're looking for an experienced Service Designer to join a high-profile Cyber & Security environment, leading end-to-end service design across Discovery, Alpha, Beta and Live.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys tackling complex problems, bringing people together and turning user insight into services that genuinely work.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Service Design across the DDaT life cycle
• Create service maps, user journeys, service blueprints and ecosystem models
• Work across Product, Engineering, Technology and Policy teams
• Facilitate engaging workshops, co-design sessions and decision-making forums
• Use research and evidence to shape strategy and influence senior stakeholders
• Coordinate Service Design activity across multiple teams and delivery phases
• Help develop Service Design capability and mentor junior designers

Expereince required:

• Strong DDaT Service Design experience
• Proven Discovery - Alpha - Beta - Live delivery
• Excellent service mapping, journey mapping and blueprinting skills
• Experience influencing complex stakeholder groups
• Agile/SAFe experience
• Government, Defence or regulated-sector experience highly desirable
