Business Analyst - Insurance

Global Services Company is is hiring for an Insurance Business Analyst with strong insurance sector knowledge and a product ownership mindset. You will act as the key interface between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping to shape high-impact analytics products that drive real business value. This is a permanent position, based in London and operating a hybrid basis with 2-3 days in the office. Salary on offer is between £50K - £60K + Bonus + Benefits.

Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with underwriters, product teams, and data scientists
* Translate business goals into detailed user stories and project plans
* Define and prioritize backlogs, ensuring clear and actionable requirements
* Support delivery teams using agile/DevOps best practices

Skills and Experience:

* 3+ years in a Business Analyst or Product Owner role within data/analytics
* Insurance industry experience, ideally across Underwriting or Claims Analytics
* SQL skills for data exploration/validation
* Familiarity with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
* Agile delivery experience and cross-functional collaboration
