Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical discovery across applications, APIs and integration platforms.
  • Facilitate technical workshops and document current-state integration landscapes.
  • Analyse APIs, interfaces, messaging, file transfers and system integrations.
  • Identify technical dependencies, risks, constraints and migration requirements.
  • Support migration, modernisation and decommissioning activities.
  • Create and maintain technical stories, user stories, backlogs and acceptance criteria.
  • Produce technical documentation, process flows, interface catalogues and dependency maps.
  • Support architects with future-state integration approaches and technical recommendations.
  • Work closely with delivery teams to support planning, governance and implementation.

Essential Experience:

  • Previous experience as an Integration Analyst, Technical Analyst, Systems Analyst or similar.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations and enterprise application landscapes.
  • Experience with technical discovery and workshop facilitation.
  • Ability to analyse technical architectures, interfaces and dependencies.
  • Strong technical documentation and requirements management experience.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Desirable:

  • REST, SOAP, messaging and file-based integrations.
  • API-led or event-driven architectures.
  • OpenAPI and API management platforms.
  • Cloud migration or application modernisation.
  • Application portfolio and dependency mapping.
  • Jira, Azure DevOps or Confluence.
  • Migration, decommissioning or large-scale transformation experience.

If you're an experienced Integration Analyst with strong technical analysis skills and experience working across complex integration environments, please get in touch for more information.
