Customer Success Manager

Creative Digital Agency in Central London is looking for a Client Success Manager to join them.

You will be looking after their clients mainly within the higher education sector, making sure their website hits the mark and evolves over time so involving strategy, marketing, SEO, plugins, branding, support, maintenance & hosting, becoming an expansion of the client’s marketing team.

Experience necessary -

• Previous experience of working in a digital agency.
• Worked with clients on website builds so an understanding of CMS’s, Domains, Hosting etc
• Website tracking i.e. Google Analytics.
• Digital marketing campaign experience i.e. SEO, PPC Social Media & eMail Marketing

Initially 3 days a week in their Central London office to get yourself settled in.
