- Plan and deliver internal communication campaigns supporting change programmes, performance updates, and business-wide initiatives
- Act as a trusted Communications Manager and advisor, shaping clear, engaging messaging for teams across the organisation
- Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Lead company-wide recognition strategy, celebrating impactful work
- Deliver charity and volunteering initiatives, including the annual Make a Bigger Difference campaign
- Coordinate internal events, talks, and touchpoints to keep colleagues informed and connected
- Create and adapt content for internal channels including Confluence, email, digital signage, and events
- Maintain high standards of clarity, tone, and accuracy across all communications
- Build strong relationships throughout the business, collaborating with teams and leaders at all levels
- Proven experience as a Communications Manager delivering internal communications in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, relationship-focused communicator able to influence and collaborate across teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and tone of voice
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Confident working across different channels including Confluence, email, events, and digital screens
- Able to act as a trusted Communications Manager and advisor with good judgement and clarity of thought
- Experience supporting employee engagement initiatives such as recognition, volunteering, or fundraising programmes
