- Provide high-level executive support to the CEO and President, including diary, inbox and travel management.
- Manage and optimise office operations, facilities, suppliers and workplace processes across the London headquarters.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take notes and track actions while acting as a trusted gatekeeper to senior leadership.
- Identify and implement efficiencies, automation tools and technology-driven solutions to enhance productivity and streamline operations.
- Previous experience in a senior Executive Assistant role supporting C-suite executives within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong office management or workplace experience with the ability to oversee operations and facilities.
- Tech-savvy and confident using systems, automation and AI-led solutions to improve ways of working.
- Highly organised, proactive, discreet and professional with exceptional attention to detail and relationship-building skills.
