We are curently looking for a Project Manager who will devise and deliver innovative intiatives for a contact centre client.

The role will looking at how to improve customer experiences and managing senior stakeholders

Duties of this Project Manager role:

• Managing the implementation of new systems
• AI Intregration
• Identifying pain points and implement solutions
• Periodic travel overseas and UK
