Senior Client Project Manager£48,000 - £50,000Hybrid - 3 days on site (Hatfield)A fast-growing, global technology business is looking for a Senior Client Project Manager to take ownership of client onboarding and drive continuous operational improvement. This is a high-impact role where you'll shape onboarding strategy, lead a small team, and partner cross-functionally to deliver a seamless, scalable client experience.The OpportunityYou'll be the go-to leader for onboarding, ensuring new clients are integrated efficiently, consistently, and with a best-in-class experience. Alongside this, you'll identify inefficiencies, implement smarter ways of working, and lead projects that enhance operational performance across the business.What You'll Be Doing:Own and evolve the global onboarding function - from strategy through to execution and optimisationLead and develop a team responsible for delivering onboarding across marketsDrive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable, efficient processesManage onboarding as a core operational project, ensuring timelines, quality, and client experience are consistently deliveredCollaborate cross-functionally (Commercial, Product, Marketing, Customer Support) to streamline workflows and improve outcomesTrack performance using data and KPIs, using insights to refine onboarding and operational processesAct as the key point of accountability for onboarding delivery globallyCommunicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to senior stakeholdersLead workshops and planning sessions to align teams and drive executionEmbed best practices in project delivery and operational processesWhat We're Looking For:Proven experience in project management, operations, or process improvementStrong track record of managing client onboarding or similar customer-facing operational processesExperience leading and developing teamsAbility to drive continuous improvement and scale processes in a growing businessExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsData-driven mindset with experience using metrics and KPIs to inform decisionsComfortable working across multiple teams in a fast-paced, global environmentFamiliarity with tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or similarCertifications such as PRINCE2 or Lean Six Sigma are a plusWhy Apply:Take ownership of a critical, high-visibility functionInfluence how onboarding is delivered globally at scaleWork in a collaborative, cross-functional environmentPlay a key role in driving operational excellence and business growthIf you're passionate about creating exceptional onboarding experiences and continuously improving how businesses operate, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact.CCP are proud to support many of the world's best brands, helping them source talent, embrace diversity and build inclusive workplaces.
