The Role
As a Majors Account Executive , you will manage a select number of strategic accounts , leading complex sales cycles and securing 7-figure enterprise deals . You’ll be selling a mission-critical AI-powered R&D platform that is transforming how SaaS companies operate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account strategies to expand relationships with major biotech organisations .
- Lead high-value, multi-stakeholder sales cycles , selling into CIOs, Heads of R&D, and other key decision-makers.
- Manage complex deal structures , ensuring long-term value for both the client and the business.
- Work cross-functionally with customer success, marketing, and product teams to drive adoption and expansion.
- Consistently close large-scale enterprise deals , contributing to the company’s continued dominance in the market.
What Does Success Look Like? You are recognised as a trusted partner and you own and expand a handful of high-value strategic accounts, driving significant revenue growth. Lastly, you successfully close large-scale enterprise deals, ideally including 7-figure contracts.

Who We’re Looking For
- Proven success in a Majors or high-end Enterprise sales role.
- Experience closing 7-figure enterprise deals in a SaaS environment.
- Playbook seller with a track record of executing structured, repeatable sales motions, or a vertical specialist with deep industry expertise.
- Ability to drive strategic conversations with senior stakeholders in biotech, pharma, or life sciences.
