Package: Up to £125k Base + Double OTE + Equity

The Role

This is a rare opportunity to join as a founding Mid-Market Account Executive, selling a cutting-edge AI developer platform. You’ll lead the full sales cycle across mid-market accounts in the UK and Europe, helping bring a product to market that’s already delivering tangible value to high-profile users.

You’ll work hand-in-hand with Solutions Engineers, Product, and Marketing, to close technically complex, high-value deals. If you’ve been waiting for a career-defining moment in a rocket-ship company - this is it.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to close across mid-market accounts
  • Drive outbound strategy while also converting high-intent inbound interest from developers and engineering leaders
  • Partner closely with Solutions Engineering to run effective discovery, demos, and technical evaluations
  • Build strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders at fast-scaling GenAI startups and tech companies
  • Contribute to the evolution of sales processes, tooling, and messaging as part of the founding GTM team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to share customer insights with product and drive overall market adoption

What Does Success Look Like? You consistently hit or exceed your quota, close high-value mid-market deals, and establish strong, trusted relationships with AI innovators across the UK and Europe. You shape what great looks like for future AEs and contribute directly to the company’s trajectory.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience , ideally in a technical or developer-first product environment
  • Track record of consistently exceeding quota in fast-paced, early-stage teams
  • Strong outbound skills and ability to drive pipeline independently
  • Ability to communicate value to both technical (Dev, Data, ML teams) and non-technical (Product, Founders, C-level) stakeholders
  • Experience working with or selling into developer tools, infrastructure, AI/ML platforms, or similar
  • A passion for emerging technologies - especially Gen AI and a startup mindset
