The Role

As a Commercial Account Executive, you’ll be one of the early hires into the EMEA commercial sales team - owning and driving high-value, mid-market sales cycles with some of the most innovative companies in the region.

This is a consultative, high-impact sales role involving multi-stakeholder engagement, value-based selling, and helping clients solve major business challenges.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the full sales cycle, engaging key business and technical stakeholders
  • Manage high-value sales processes involving multiple decision-makers and procurement layers
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive outbound activity and support from BDRs and marketing
  • Position the platform as a transformational solution aligned to customers' strategic goals
  • Contribute to the growth of the commercial sales function, helping shape GTM execution and culture
  • Use leading sales tools (Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator, etc.) to run a high-performing, data-driven process

What Does Success Look Like? You consistently exceed quota by closing high-value commercial deals. You build trusted relationships with stakeholders and play a key role in scaling the EMEA go-to-market function.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 4+ years of SaaS sales experience, including 2+ years closing commercial or mid-market deals
  • Experience working in early-stage, high-growth SaaS environments
  • Proven ability to navigate sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of MEDDPICC or similar structured sales methodologies
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and organisational skills
  • Open on technology background, though applications-to-business SaaS makes strong commercial sense
  • Procurement or finance-related experience is a nice-to-have, not a requirement
