Enterprise Account Executive

Location: Remote (UK Only)

The Role

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for leading strategic sales efforts across the UK market. This is a high-impact role where you’ll be expected to prospect, engage, and close complex enterprise deals, while working closely with internal teams to shape and refine the GTM motion.

  • Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through to close
  • Lead strategic discovery and create value-driven solutions for senior stakeholders
  • Use storytelling and challenger techniques to communicate impact
  • Leverage structured methodologies such as MEDDIC throughout the sales process
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Maintain strong forecast accuracy and operate with urgency and ownership

What Does Success Look Like? Building a healthy outbound-driven pipeline, consistently exceeding quota, and delivering long-term value for enterprise customers.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle enterprise SaaS sales experience
  • A proven track record of exceeding monthly and/or quarterly targets
  • Experience working with cross-functional enterprise stakeholders (Marketing, IT, Data, Ops)
  • Strong outbound prospecting and PG campaign skills
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN)
  • Excellent storytelling, communication, and consultative selling skills
  • Degree calibre with a curious, structured, and high-performance mindset
