We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to join our clients busy IT team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support to staff, manage user accounts, and support both cloud-based productivity tools and case management systems, including Proclaim.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT support to staff across the organisation
- Support and maintain cloud-based productivity tools (e.g., Office 365, SharePoint)
- Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and Azure
- Set up and maintain email accounts and mailbox systems
- Configure and support communication tools such as VoIP or video conferencing systems
- Provide support for Proclaim case management system
- Maintain IT security, including endpoint protection and monitoring
- Support local networks (LAN/Wi-Fi) and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Install and configure hardware and software, including printers and peripherals
Candidate Requirements & Attributes
- Strong experience supporting Office 365 and related applications
- Experience with Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and network administration
- Experience with Azure, Intune, and endpoint security tools
- Prior experience with Proclaim is advantageous
- Knowledge of firewalls and general IT security practices is beneficial
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
