EUC / M365 Engineer

Position Title:

EUC / M365 Engineer (Endpoint / Intune / Modern Workplace)

You’ll own the end-user computing environment across Windows and macOS, focusing on modern device management, application lifecycle, and secure endpoint delivery

Core responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft Intune (primary MDM platform)
• Support Windows 10/11 enterprise environments
• Deliver device lifecycle management (provision → support → retire)
• Manage macOS estate (deployment, configuration, troubleshooting)
• Maintain baseline configurations and standard images
• Deliver application packaging and deployment
• Implement compliance and conditional access policies
• Ensure endpoint security and GDPR-aligned controls
• Maintain cross-platform consistency (Windows + macOS)

Key skills

• Intune (device + application management)
• SCCM / MECM (hybrid or legacy)
• JAMF Pro / Apple Business Manager
• Application packaging (Win32, MSIX, PKG/DMG)
• PowerShell (core automation)
• macOS scripting (Bash / Python / AppleScript)
• Autopilot / Apple ADE (zero-touch provisioning)
• Entra ID / Conditional Access

VDI alignment (required / desirable)

• ·Package and deploy apps for AVD / multi-session environments
• Understand user profile management (FSLogix)
• Support VDI application compatibility testing
• Contribute to gold image / baseline configuration
