Position Description

Due to the nature of the role you will be onsite 5 days a week.
Your future duties and responsibilities
• Welcome and Check In all visitors and contractors who present themselves to reception.
• Maintain and organise the reception inbox and personal Inbox.
• Log, maintain and organise the Lost Property received on site.
• Organise Conference Room bookings for the site.
• Ensure the reception is always kept clean and tidy.
• Escort all contractors and visitors when scheduled.
• Complete weekly fire alarm test.
• Carry out patrols of site throughout shift.
• Proactively check for and report building faults
• Ensure all Vending Consumables filled / stocked
• Support with management and maintenance of the locations office refreshment stock
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Experience in FM within a professional environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer focused.
• Soft and Hard service facilities contractor management
• Good administrative background
