You'll:

  • Maintain accurate learner records across relevant systems and databases.
  • Support the development of reports and dashboards to help the team understand learner participation, progress, completion and outcomes.

  • Coordinate communications between learners, managers, training providers and awarding bodies.
  • Support audits, quality reviews and compliance activities.
Help gather learner feedback and evaluation information to understand the impact of learning.
  • Contribute ideas for improving processes, systems and reporting approaches.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across Learning & Organisational Development and wider teams.

As part of the role, you'll complete a Level 3 Data Technician Apprenticeship, developing skills in collecting, analysing and presenting data, while applying your learning directly to real organisational challenges.
