Business Admin Apprentice in IT Support
This is a varied role combining IT support responsibilities with valuable business administration duties within a growing IT services company.
Role
You will provide:
- Helpdesk support via email and telephone
- Assisting customers with IT-related enquiries and helping to resolve technical issues. Following issue resolution
- Accurately maintain customer records
- Update service tickets, document solutions and ensure systems are kept up to date.
Alongside technical support, you will assist with a range of business administration activities including:
- Customer communications
- Scheduling visits and installations
- Preparing documentation
- Maintaining records
- Processing business information
- Supporting general office operations.
- Help prepare and configure new computer equipment for deployment
- Assist with hardware repairs where required
- Support on-site installations at customer locations.
Training
Potential progression into a Team Leader role, holding more responsibilities and gaining further experience. We will support and develop the right candidate, with the aim of providing a long term role within the business.
