The Opportunity

  • This role focuses on winning new business within major pharmaceutical organisations, building relationships with senior stakeholders across commercial operations, brand leadership, marketing and data teams.
  • While account managers support ongoing client relationships, you will continue to identify and develop new opportunities within those organisations, expanding the platform’s footprint across additional teams, therapy areas and markets.
  • You will manage opportunities from initial engagement through to closing strategic partnerships, working closely with product and data teams to shape solutions for global pharmaceutical clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop new business opportunities with pharmaceutical organisations
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders across commercial and data teams
  • Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to deal closure
  • Identify opportunities across multiple teams within large pharma accounts
  • Work with internal product and data teams to develop client solutions

Ideal Background

  • We are interested in candidates with experience engaging pharmaceutical clients, particularly those from:
  • Life sciences analytics, SaaS or consulting organisations
  • Pharma services or healthcare technology companies

We are also open to professionals currently working within pharmaceutical organisations in areas such as commercial excellence, launch strategy, analytics or omnichannel engagement, who are interested in moving into a business development role.

Location

  • London (hybrid working, typically 1–2 days per week in the office).
