Sales Executive Apprentice
As a Sales Apprentice you will be an essential part to the chilliapple sales team, handling inbound enquiries, answering calls professionally and ensuring that potential clients receive a high level of service. Your role wil be to engage with prospects , qualify leads and support the sales team.
Role
- Respond to all inbound enquiries within 1 hour ensuring a seamless experience for potential clients
- Stay well organised and keep on top of a high volume of inbound leads by using HubSpot as a key sales tool to track new leads and ensure the correct sales process is followed
- Communicate with prospects to understand their needs, qualify leads and pass them to the Business Development team
- Learn how to do Dotdigital to create and publish chilliapples newsletters, including monthly newletter which updates clients, partners and potential leads
- Learn about chillapples services including eCommerce development bespoke platforms and mobile apps
Training
- An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation
- At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying
