Product Owner

CK Group are recruiting for a Product Owner, to join a leading provider of advanced analytics, research and technology solutions to the life sciences industry, on a contract basis for 12 months .

Salary:

Paying up to £38.28 per hour PAYE (inside IR35).

Product Owner Role:

• To interface with the offering managers and commercial owners to translate core business and customer requirements into product requirements.
• Acting as the bridge between business and developers to help the team to drive maximum product value.
• Manage product backlog helping offering managers and key stakeholders to prioritise user stories, while working in an agile development cycle.
• Work with the offering managers and business sponsors to define acceptance criteria for all user stories.
• Identify and escalate risks and issues to the project manager throughout the project lifecycle.

Your Background :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• At least 3 years experience as product owner, business and/or systems analysis in an agile product development environment.
• Have experience with agile development methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
• Demonstrated ability to understand client requirements and as well as underlying infrastructure applications, systems, and processes to enable execution of those skills.
• UX and/or SQL skills are desirable, as is data experience, or pharmaceutical sector working experience.
