Following a significant period of investment in our brand, marketing infrastructure and

business growth, we are looking for an ambitious Marketing Executive to join our team

and help take our brand to the next level.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and commercially minded Marketing

Executive who wants to develop their career within a fast-growing international

business.

Over the last 12 months, CLM has completed a major rebrand, launched a new website,

developed a suite of marketing collateral and refreshed all office branding and visual

assets, so the foundations are set.

We are now looking for someone who can own the execution, bring fresh ideas, amplify

our brand presence globally, and help us attract exceptional talent to support our

growth.

This role would suit someone with 2-4 years of marketing experience who is eager to

learn, is highly organised, creative, tech-savvy, and excited by the opportunity to make a

visible impact.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Content Marketing

• Create engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram and other relevant channels

• Develop content that strengthens both our client-facing brand and employer

brand

• Write compelling copy for social media, website updates, thought leadership

pieces, market insights and marketing campaigns

• Support consultants and leadership teams with content that showcases

expertise across Energy, Technology and Manufacturing

• Ensure all content aligns with CLM Search's brand positioning and tone of voice

Social Media & Employer Branding

• Own and manage CLM Search's social media presence

• Increase brand awareness and engagement across target audiences

• Create content that attracts prospective employees and helps showcase our

culture, values and success stories

• Monitor performance metrics and utilise platform insights to improve

engagement and reach

• Support campaigns focused on talent attraction and company growth

Marketing Collateral & Design

Create and update client-facing materials including:

• Client packs
• Market insight reports
• Candidate brochures
• One-pagers
• Presentation decks
• Internal marketing materials

• Work within existing brand guidelines and templates

• Use Canva to produce professional and engaging visual contentMarketing Operations & AI Innovation

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through AI and emerging marketing

technologies

• Support the implementation and adoption of AI tools across the business

• Explore new ways to automate, streamline and enhance marketing activity

• Analyse marketing performance and provide recommendations for improvement

About You

We're less concerned about years of experience and more interested in finding

someone with the right attitude, mindset and potential.

You'll likely have:

• 2-4 years' experience in a marketing role

• Strong written communication and copywriting skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• A proactive and self-starting approach

• The ability to take a brief and execute to a high standard

• Strong organisational and project management skills

• Experience using Canva and creating marketing collateral

• Good understanding of LinkedIn and social media analytics

• An interest in AI, technology and digital innovation

• A willingness to learn and develop within a high-performance environment

Desirable

• Experience within recruitment, executive search or professional services

• Experience supporting employer branding initiatives

• Knowledge of content marketing and SEO principles
