Online Implementation Support Executive
Our client, a travel management company, is seeking an Online Implementation Support Executive to be involved in all aspects of the travel technology with a strong focus on online client services; taking responsibility for implementing and supporting corporate online booking tools. This role is Monday-Friday and based in their office in Hampshire and comes with a competitive salary dependent on experience.Online Implementation Support Executive duties:
- Give technical presentations and training to corporate clients
 - Provide technical support to and training to all departments
 - Maintain and develop company Intranet site
 - Be fully conversant with the full portfolio of services and online booking tools
 - Assist with IT troubleshooting and reconciliation duties
 - Account manage any designated accounts
 
Online Implementation Support Executive skills required:
- Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11
 - Fully competent in MS Office
 - Excellent written English
 - Knowledge of online booking tools and passion for technology
 - Experience in the travel industry an advantage
 - Good attention to detail
