What will the ERP Finance Implementation Manager role involve?
- Leading the design, development, and delivery of robust finance processes within the new ERP system to optimise operational efficiencies and compliance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure finance requirements are effectively translated into system solutions, fostering seamless integration
- Managing data migration, validation, and reporting activities to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information throughout the transition
- Overseeing user acceptance testing and training to guarantee the finance team’s readiness for go-live, enabling a smooth transition and minimal disruption
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels to ensure project objectives are aligned with business needs and expectations
Suitable Candidate for the ERP Finance Implementation Manager vacancy:
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with a solid background in manufacturing finance systems
- Extensive experience leading ERP implementation programmes, particularly in manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, management accounting, inventory, costing, and production processes
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively across diverse teams
- Demonstrates excellent project management skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Must be based within an easily commutable distance from Swindon due to office presence required
