Finance Manager - VC Backed Digital Assets

I’m partnering with a rapidly scaling, VC-backed technology business in the digital assets sector. They’re hiring a hands-on Finance Manager to work closely with senior leadership and take ownership of building a global finance function from the ground up.
This is a rare opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and enjoys building, owning, and shaping a finance function that will scale globally.
Key Duties
- Own month-end close, management accounts, and reporting
- Lead group consolidations across multiple entities
- Build and implement accounting processes, controls, and policies
- Oversee AP/AR and end-to-end finance operations
- Select and optimise ERP and finance systems
- Coordinate tax, audit, and compliance across jurisdictions
- Support leadership with commercial and financial insight
About You
- Recently qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Strong technical accounting and reporting experience with digital assets
- Hands-on experience with ERP and finance systems
- Comfortable working directly with founders and senior stakeholders
- Interest in digital assets/crypto
