Front Office Developer - Low Latency

We are hiring a Senior Java Developer to join our Front Office Pricing & Risk team, working on a low-latency, high-frequency trading platform at the core of our market-making business.
Please note that this is an onsite role that will require you to work within our London office (near Liverpool street) 5 days on site per week .
What you’ll do
- Design and build low-latency pricing & risk systems
- Work closely with traders, quants and front-office teams
- Take ownership of architecture and mentor other engineers
- Solve complex problems in a fast-paced trading environment
What you bring
- Strong commercial experience with Java (J2SE)
- Proven experience developing low-latency systems
- Experience building large-scale, high-performance systems
- Solid understanding of financial concepts & maths
- Passion for clean design, testing and technical excellence
- Trading systems experience a plus
