Do you possess advanced Excel skills?
Do you have experience with any data visualisation tools such as Power BI?
Are you immediately available and interested in a 3 - 6 months temporary contract?

Our client is a dynamic business and they are looking for an individual to process, analyse and summarise data for reporting and the improvement of their service delivery.

Duties will include;-

• Extract data from various sources for visualisation in QLIK, Excel etc.
• Participate in value stream mapping activities and improvement activities.
• Produce service delivery related KPI's and pareto analysis.
• Use data to initiate improvement action.
• Work to automate reports in order to streamline the reporting process.
• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and deliver insights effectively to both technical and non-technical members of staff.
• Supporting escalation issues with orderbook status summaries etc.
• Scheduling activity.

Candidate Specification;-

• Happy to be office based!
• Immediately available to to start a temporary contract.
• Experience with any data visualisation tool such as Power BI or Qlik.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Any previous project management experience a great advantage.
