• Designing and developing new features using modern .NET technologies

• Working across the full software development lifecycle-from concept to deployment

• Improving application performance and user experience

• Supporting and troubleshooting live issues

• Collaborating with other developers and product teams

• C# / VB.NET / .NET Core / MVC 5

• Entity Framework, SQL Server / T-SQL

• JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap

• Azure, DevOps, Visual Studio

• REST APIs, Web Services, Git, Bug Tracking Tools

• Proven experience in full stack .NET development

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Good communication and teamwork

• Experience working in a cloud-based or SaaS environment (a bonus)

• An interest in building high-quality user interfaces and improving UX

• Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science or a related field

• CRM or recruitment software experience is helpful but not required
