HR Technology Analyst - 12 Month FTC. Maternity Cover.
About The Role
We have recently implemented Workday HCM and Payroll and are continuing to expand on this technology to leverage the functionality that Workday has made available to us.
As part of our continued journey to excellence we are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Technology Analyst to joint our HR Technology team. As the first point of contact for HR technology issues, you will play a critical role in providing timely assistance and troubleshooting to ensure that our employees have a smooth and effective HR technology experience. The role requires strong communication skills, problem solving abilities and a customer first approach.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Support:
Serve as a point of contact for all HR Technology related queries for current, future and past employees via phone, email, and Workday ticketing system. Provide excellent customer service while resolving basic technical issues.
Trouble Shooting & Issue Resolution
Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues using Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and workday documentation. Resolve issues where appropriate and escalate and allocate to appropriate team members where required.
Incident Management
Log, track and manage support tickets through the entire lifecycle across multiple teams ensuring timely and accurate updates.
User Access Management
Assist with password resets across our HR Technology
Documentation And Knowledge Sharing
Create and maintain clear and accurate documentation for SOP's and user guides. Peer review colleagues' documentation and act as the custodian of the internal HR technology team knowledge repository.
Escalation
Identify complex issues and escalate to appropriate colleagues as necessary while ensuring that sufficient background information is collected and presented to facilitate timely resolution.
Change Management
Own and manage your own allocated portfolio of changes as required as part of a continuous improvement agenda within the HR function.
Customer Communication
Keep employees and colleagues informed about the status of their requests and provide clear instructions for resolution when required.
Experience
Required Skills and Qualifications
Previous experience in a technical support, customer service or HR admin role within Workday is desirable. Those with an interest in HR technology and experience in other cloud HR applications are also encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills
Workday experience is advantageous, but a basic understanding of HR Software as a Service solutions such as Oracle Cloud or Success Factors, is applicable for this role.
Problem Solving Skills
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, with a keen eye for detail.
Communication Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-oriented mind set. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users in a clear and understandable manner.
Time Management
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise based on urgency, ensuring that issues are addressed in a timely manner.
Teamwork
Ability to work closely with established teams and to contribute positively to the team's operational goals.
