Account Director
Salary £80K - £110K per annum plus commission - 1-2 days a week in London HQ
Are you an experienced Account Director ready to unlock growth within global pharmaceutical accounts through consultative SaaS sales?
We’ve been exclusively mandated by a fast-scaling, innovation-led technology and consulting business in the pharma market access and pricing space. As part of their international growth strategy, they’re expanding their key accounts team to help maximise revenue from existing enterprise clients across the UK and EMEA. This is a career-defining opportunity for a strategic sales leader to step into a high-impact role with real ownership and visibility across global accounts.
This role focuses on driving net-new revenue within a portfolio of high-growth pharma clients already using parts of the company’s platform and services. You'll lead complex sales conversations, identify white space, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-value solutions. The role also includes a remit for onboarding and growing new logo accounts, ensuring long-term commercial success across the client base. Supported by a team of SDRs and working in close partnership with Customer Success, Product, and Consulting teams, you’ll have the backing to truly deliver.
We’re looking for a commercially curious, strategic-minded sales professional with 5–10+ years in SaaS, data or consulting sales into life sciences, biotech, or pharma. You’ll have experience selling into functions like market access, pricing, HEOR or commercial excellence, and be comfortable engaging at Director or VP level.
Strong enterprise sales skills, a consultative approach, and a proven track record of closing and growing £2m+ revenue portfolios are essential. You'll need to thrive in fast-paced, high-change environments and bring a confident, proactive mindset to every client interaction.
