Account Manager

Salary £40K up to £55K per annum, plus uncapped commission - hybrid working Epsom HQ

Our client, a leading UK-based technology company is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to oversee a defined sales territory.

This organisation specialises in protecting at-risk workers across both public and private sectors, with cutting edge lone worker solutions. As they continue to expand their reach, they are looking for a dedicated individual to manage and grow an existing portfolio of 60+ UK accounts.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a territory of existing accounts, upselling a full portfolio of services to ensure customer satisfaction and account growth.

You will be expected to achieve new business, retention, and renewal sales targets while handling day-to-day customer inquiries and issues. Key responsibilities include nurturing customer relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and delivering presentations to senior stakeholders. Additionally, you will monitor and report on customer usage, ensuring high retention rates and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised with a proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding account management sales targets (3 plus years). Experience working within a metric-driven environment is essential, as well as the ability to forecast and deliver on key performance indicators.

Strong commercial acumen and the ability to build meaningful relationships with clients are crucial. You should be confident presenting to various audiences, self-motivated to generate your own opportunities, and able to manage complex customer queries with precision.
