A fast-scaling SaaS company is hiring a senior Account Executive to lead growth in its NHS and blue light vertical, following a strategic restructure to better support key sectors. The business delivers digital communications solutions that help emergency services and healthcare teams modernise and streamline citizen engagement. This role is part of a high-impact sales pod, working alongside an SDR and CSM to drive success across a clearly defined public safety portfolio.
This is a 360 sales role where you’ll take full ownership of the NHS trusts, ambulance services, and emergency service organisations within your vertical. You’ll be focused on uncovering opportunities, shaping value-based conversations, and guiding deals from discovery through to close. The outcomes are tangible: helping overstretched teams improve reach, responsiveness, and outcomes through smart digital communications. You’ll also partner with internal stakeholders to feed insights from the field into product development and marketing initiatives.
You’ll be a high-EQ operator with a track record of selling SaaS, communications tech, or service solutions into NHS or blue light organisations. With at least 5 years’ experience in public sector sales, you’ll know how to navigate multiple layers of stakeholders, understand operational pain points, and sell value in environments where procurement and compliance are front and centre.
