Business Development Representative

Salary £28K - £35K per annum plus commission – SaaS into Commercial Property (Hybrid working - London)

Are you a commercially hungry BDR looking to accelerate your tech sales career in one of the UK’s fastest-growing commercial real estate software providers? We’ve been retained by our client — a specialist SaaS company that helps property developers, landlords, investors and consultants manage their assets — to support their ongoing sales expansion.

With a team of 50 and £3M ARR, they’re scaling their pods and looking to bring in a high-potential BDR to support a Senior AE and help drive new revenue. This hire is a key part of their strategy to hit £4M+ ARR this year and £5M+ in 2026.

In this role, you'll support an experienced AE by booking qualified demos, sourcing new leads, and helping progress prospects through the pipeline. You'll be given access to modern tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lusha, as well as high-quality enablement from the marketing team.

Your success will be measured by meetings booked, pipeline generated, and the contribution you make to revenue closed. You’ll also attend events, workshops and conferences where you can identify new clients and represent the business with confidence.

You’ll need 12 months of B2B sales experience, ideally in a tech or solution-led environment — any exposure to property, construction or commercial real estate is a bonus. What matters most is your tenacity, energy, and desire to progress quickly within a high-growth team. You’ll be organised, articulate, and resilient, with strong phone skills and a high level of emotional intelligence.
