We are working exclusively with a high-growth performance improvement consultancy that blends consulting expertise with AI-powered learning and coaching solutions. With 90 people and revenues of £10M, they are scaling rapidly with a plan to reach £30M ARR within the next five years.
The client are now seeking an ambitious Client Director (New Business) to accelerate enterprise acquisition and maximise long-term contract value. This role has been created to meet increased market demand and internal strategic growth priorities centred around large global clients.
This is a high-impact new business role owning the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and stakeholder mapping through to closing multi-year, six- and seven-figure contracts. You will sell a sophisticated mix of consulting, digital learning experiences and AI-embedded coaching solutions that measurably enhance sales, leadership and customer capability. Working with complex organisations of 5,000–10,000+ staff, you will engage senior stakeholders across HR, L&D, Revenue Enablement, Sales Leadership and Procurement. Success means building trusted-advisor relationships, shaping compelling value cases and landing multiyear partnerships that drive sustained ARR growth.
We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy sales professional with a track record of closing complex enterprise deals and navigating long sales cycles of 3–12 months. You must bring strong consultative selling capability, credible C-suite presence and experience running formal RFPs within large organisations. Familiarity with L&D, SaaS learning platforms or performance improvement solutions would be a distinct advantage, though exceptional enterprise hunters from adjacent sectors will also be considered. Above all, you’ll be driven, strategically minded and motivated by winning high-value new business.
