Client Director

£60K - £75K per annum, plus Commission, remote working - London HQ 1-2 days a month

Are you a senior, French-speaking Client Director who can take a complex global enterprise account and unlock long-term growth at scale?

We are working on a mandated basis with a highly respected, UK-based sales performance and enablement business employing circa 80–90 people globally and generating £11m–£15m in annual revenue. Following the successful win of a major, multi-year global client headquartered in France, the organisation is investing in a dedicated Client Director – Growth, to own and expand this strategically critical relationship. This is a UK-based role with regular international travel and offers a rare opportunity to step into a flagship account at a pivotal point in its lifecycle.

This role focuses on deepening and expanding a complex global enterprise account rather than new business acquisition. You will lead multi-year account growth, renewals and expansion across regions, divisions and business units, engaging with senior stakeholders at French HQ and internationally. Acting as the commercial lead, you will shape account strategy, coordinate internal delivery teams and ensure consistent global execution. Success will be measured through sustainable revenue growth, long-term partnerships and enterprise-level impact.

We are seeking a senior, credible Client Director or Strategic Account Director with a proven track record of growing large, complex enterprise accounts. Fluent French language skills is an essential requirement, ideally supported by French nationality or deep cultural fluency, alongside fluent English. You will bring experience navigating sophisticated stakeholder environments, long sales cycles and high-value, consultative solutions. This role suits someone who combines commercial rigour with patience, gravitas and a highly consultative approach.

The culture is collaborative, research-led and outcomes-focused, with a strong emphasis on quality, credibility and long-term client value. The organisation offers genuine career progression for high performers, exposure to market-leading learning technology and the chance to work on globally visible enterprise engagements. The package includes a salary of c.£75,000 (negotiable) plus bonus and benefits, with a remote-first UK working model and regular international travel.
